What is the difference between buying limited edition and open edition prints.

Limited edition prints. Only a limited edition number of prints will be made available to purchase. Normally the editions available from Jill Jarvis Art include 10-50 prints, once they are sold no more prints will be available. The exclusive nature of a limited edition print effectively raises its value and therefore its price.

Open ended prints.

Unlike limited edition prints, open ended edition prints may e repeatedly produced. As there is no limit to the number of prints that can be produced, an open ended edition print is lower priced than a limited edition print.

What payment methods do you accept.

Jill Jarvis Art accepts the following payment methods via Paypal.

VISA – Mastercard & most debit cards.

Will I be charged VAT or customs tax.

VAT is not charged on any prints or originals.

Customs Charges.

The buyer is responsible for paying any international custom fees. This would be determined by the country’s custom office, to determine what these additional costs will be before you make the purchase.

What shipping options do you offer.

We offer FREE shipping on all items to UK and mainland addresses, once your artwork has been shipped, we will send you an email notification.

If your artwork is damaged on arrival please contact us immediately no later than the follow day, either by text or email jillyjarvis@hotmail.co.uk

Delivery Information

Please allow 7 working days for larger canvasses & prints to be delivered, this would also be subject to the carrier’s dispatch schedule.

Smaller items such as greeting cards , mini prints & small paintings are posted via Royal Mail 1st class post .
Proof of posting & delivery is avail

What is the returns Policy

All damages will be replaced or refunded, please return within 2 weeks from date of delivery.

Yes all of my artwork is designed, painted & made in the South West of England.

WHAT IS A GIGLEE PRINT

Giglee prints are the highest quality prints available, using pigment-based inks which are lightfast & extremely long lasting.
My prints are limited additions that number up to 250 & are signed & titled, Originals are available to buy and specially commissioned paintings, personal to you please email for further information.

What print & canvas sizes are available.

All my artwork is delivered, signed and with limited addition numbers, this includes proof of authentication, archival paper & pigment inks used. This proof of authentication is attached to the back of the artwork.

Landscape canvas & print sizes

All of my artwork will fit standard frames easily avialable in the high street, or I can arrange to have the artwork framed for you. If you require a size not listed please send me an email with your details & I will discuss further with you.

Gift Cards

A gift card makes a uniquely convenient birthday, wedding or any other special occasion gift & so easy to obtain, just send me your requirements & I can email the gift card to you or the recipient. This gift card will be valid for 12 months, & unique to the purchaser.

Common reasons for delivery delays

If you live in an area experiencing severe weather, natural disasters, or any other unforseen major events, your artwork package may be delayed. Please add an additional 2-3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.

Also in some countries, the customs clearing process may take as long as 30 days. Please check your governments international shipping policies for more detailed information.

Can I collect my Artwork piece in person.

A personal collection service is unavailable

How can I cancel a purchase. ( Not applicable to commissioned artwork )

You have 5 working days without giving a reason.The withdrawal period will expire after 5 working days and a full refund will be given.

Returning a Purchase ( Not applicable to commissioned artwok )

You must send the unused and undamaged artwork back within 10 days of informing Jill Jarvis Art by email .

Please use the original packaging materials if possible, If you have already disposed of the original packaging materials you will be responsible for purchasing materials at your own expense to send the artwork back safely to Jill Jarvis Art.

If the artwork is handled by you in such a way that the value of the artwork has been reduced you can be charged for the reduction in value.
